Ingredients
- 50 ML LONDON DRY GIN
- 25 ML FRESH LIME JUICE
- 25 ML FLAIR STRAWBERRY SYRUP
- SODA WATER
- 5 ML FLOWER WATER
Execution
- In a long drink cocktail glass build the first three ingredients. Stir with a barspoon, add ice and top up with soda water. Before you serve, add with a barspoon the flower water. Garnish with a mint sprig and a fresh strawberry.
