PINK SOUR

This refreshing concoction artfully combines the smoothness of vodka with the citrusy tang of FLAIR Yuzu Puree and the sweet, summery essence of FLAIR Strawberry Puree. A touch of FLAIR Agave Syrup adds just the right amount of sweetness, balanced perfectly with the sharpness of fresh lime juice for a cocktail that's as delightful to the senses as it is to the eye.
Ingredients
- 50ml Vodka
- 20ml FLAIR Yuzu Puree
- 20ml FLAIR Strawberry Puree
- 15ml FLAIR Agave Syrup
- 20ml Fresh Lime Juice
Execution
- Shake the vodka, FLAIR Yuzu Puree, FLAIR Strawberry Puree, FLAIR Agave Syrup, and fresh lime juice vigorously in a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Crush the ice to a fine texture and fill a glass, then strain the vibrant mixture over it. Garnish with a sprig of mint and a fresh strawberry to introduce a visual and flavorful delight.
