Ingredients

  • 25ml FLAIR Hibiscus Syrup
  • 10ml FLAIR Vanilla Syrup
  • 5ml FLAIR Strawberry Syrup
  • 25ml Fresh Lemon Juice
  • 1 Egg White or 5 Drops of Foamer

Execution

  • Start by dry shaking all the ingredients to emulsify the egg white. Follow with a wet shake to chill and mix thoroughly. Double strain into a Collins glass without ice and gently top up with tonic water for a refreshing layer of effervescence. Perfect for those who love a cocktail that speaks of romance with every sip.
