Shake all ingredients with ice, strain into a glass filled with ice, and top up with soda water. A garnish of lemon peel adds a bright, aromatic finish to this invigorating cocktail.
Ingredients
- 15ml FLAIR Matcha Green Tea Syrup
- 25ml FLAIR Cardamom-Lemongrass Syrup
- 25ml lemon juice
- Soda water to top up
- Lemon peel for garnish
Execution
- Combine all the syrups and lemon juice in a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake vigorously, strain into a glass over ice, and finish with soda water. Garnish with a twist of lemon peel for an elegant touch. Perfect for a refreshing pause in your day.
