BANANA SPLIT MOCKTAIL
Step into a world of creamy indulgence with our Banana Split Mocktail! A delightful fusion of FLAIR Banana Puree, banana juice, fresh lime juice, FLAIR Caramel Syrup, and a touch of salt, all shaken to perfection. With a finish of FLAIR Chocolate Syrup floating on top, this cocktail is truly a banana split in a glass!
Ingredients
- 30ml FLAIR Banana Puree
- 25ml Banana Juice
- 25ml Fresh Lime Juice
- 15ml FLAIR Caramel Syrup
- 1 Egg White
- 1 Pinch of Salt
- 10ml FLAIR Chocolate Syrup (to float)
Execution
- Combine all the ingredients, excluding the FLAIR Chocolate Syrup, in a mocktail shaker and dry shake (without ice) for 5-10 seconds. Add ice to the shaker and shake again. Double strain into a Martini glass. Gently float 10ml of FLAIR Chocolate Syrup on top of your mocktail. Adorn your delectable drink with a slice of dehydrated banana, and voilà! Enjoy your very own Banana Split Mocktail.
